Research at the scale of a cell

Small molecular switches. Far-reaching biological questions.

I’m an early-career scientist trained in molecular biology and biochemistry at Charles University. My research interests sit at the intersection of cell signaling, metabolism, and cancer biology.

My graduate research investigates the nutrient-sensing Rag GTPases and the proteins they may interact with—part of the molecular machinery that helps a cell determine when conditions are right to grow.
